Mahogany obsidian occurs in a combination of red-brown (like mahogany) and black.  It is used to stimulate growth of the physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual centers as well as providing strength in times of need.  Further, it provides vitality to our lifework, and/or to the fulfillment of our aspirations.  It can also be used to help eliminate energy blockages and assist in the relief of tension.
