    I bought this spray to use with its corresponding oil and the SM "Protection" incense to help with shielding myself from my mother's negative energy. I am her live-in caregiver and she has Alzheimer's. Whenever she starts to escalate, I go to my room, light a stick of the Protection incense, anoint my wrists with the Protection oil, and spray one spray of this Protection mist at my door. It works! She used to come stand at my door and spew anger and negativity at me several times a day, and I would feed into it and get very upset myself. Now, she does not come to my door to yell at me as much, and if she does, I am able to shield myself, stay calm and balanced, and de-escalate her. Life changing!
