Lady Lorien's impressions: This incense is truly special. It calls to mind the sense of stepping upon a myriad of fallen leaves as one wanders through an ancient, living forest. The fragrance this exquisite incense exudes is woody and complex, fresh and earthy, sweet but not overly so, and because of this will enchant and delight no matter which type of incense you're used to burning. Interestingly, there are some citrus notes to this incense that really enhance the overall blend. It's reminiscent of some of my favorite Celtic blend resins that I've enjoyed over the years. This incense manifests a feeling of serenity and purpose, of gentle strength and confidence, and releases any lingering anxiety or doubt. For me, burning this stick left me feeling relaxed and renewed, much like I do when I go to the ancient Redwood forests that I am blessed to live close enough to visit.
