Traditionally used by the North American natives as a means of purification. When lit, the smoldering bundle of herbs produces a highly aromatic fragrance.     I love this sage. It really works. I feel it immediately after I do self-smudging. I feel so much lighter. I will be trying in my home next after I do some mundane cleaning first.
